October 24, 2025
LingoAce and PPtutor are both online learning platforms for children (4-15 years) with live lessons with teachers. They focus on Chinese language learning, employ certified teachers and utilize interactivity, gamification and multimedia content for independent learning.

But LingoAce (founded in 2017) is a Singapore-based company that, in addition to Chinese, also teaches English and mathematics. The platform is popular in the US, Southeast Asia and Europe and in addition to online courses operates offline learning centers. The company partners with international organizations to train teachers.

PPtutor (2018) is a Chinese service focused exclusively on Chinese language learning. It has its own curriculum aimed at Chinese families living abroad and includes more pronounced cultural component. Courses are designed to develop all Chinese skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, as well as preparation for the HSK exam. The service uses a 5-in-1 model: teacher, class teacher, course consultant, technical support, etc.
